What are your hours?
Family is important to us, and we certainly hope you understand. We are mommas just like you, and our sweet kiddos won't be small much longer. We have limited showroom hours so we can fill as many days with cuddles as possible. We are excited to help our Nesting customers learn the weird ropes of parenting during limited shopping hours from Tuesday thru Saturday. We get to share horror stories and cry on each others' shoulders at these times:

What are your delivery options?
Personal Delivery Options
Aren't you so grateful for small-town Kansas living?! We are happy to make deliveries within the city limits of Colby during normal weekday business hours. At this time, we are not charging for this convenient delivery service to our valued customers. However, please add $5 for gift deliveries. Simply choose the "Store Pickup" option at the time of purchase, leave your contact information in the notes section and we'll call you to make arrangements.
Baby Shower Delivery Options
We understand that sometimes guests are not able to attend baby showers. If possible, we are proud to offer $5 gift delivery service of gifts purchased at Nesting to baby showers within the city limits of Colby, or we can arrange other transportation plans if another convenient option is available. Just ask! Simply choose the "Store Pickup" option at the time of purchase, leave your contact information in the notes section and we'll call you to make arrangements.
Ground Service Delivery
Shipping charges are automatically figured based on your package's estimated weight using rates from USPS. We are constantly evaluating shipping rates to ensure your shipping charges are as accurate as possible. Keep in mind, we also add a bit for processing, handling, and shipping supplies. For orders outside of the city limits of Colby, Kan., we typically choose to ship our items via FedEx or United States Post Office. However if you prefer delivery from UPS or another company, please feel free to contact us immediately upon placing your order. We are happy to accommodate if the option is possible. Additional expenses may be incurred.
How do I return an item?
All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. If you are not satisfied, please return unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You'll need to contact us ahead of time to make arrangements for the return. Returns and exchanges are given in-store credit. Items purchased at a discount may not be returned. Items purchased within a pre-made gift basket may not be returned. Unless purchased after a labeled expiration date, items that are not eligible for return include: lotions, creams, liquids, sprays, supplements and pills, balms, oils, etc. Some items are covered under manufacturer warranties; in these cases, it is the customer's responsibility to submit claims directly to the manufacturer. Examples of such items may include furniture, cloth diapers, essential oil diffusers and baby carriers. Nesting will only accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging unless a manufacturer defect is suspected or for related reasons approved by Nesting.
