Becoming A Mom® Group Prenatal Education
Whether you are experiencing a pregnancy for the first time or the fourth time, each experience is different and can create new challenges and concerns. Utilizing the March of Dimes Becoming a Mom curriculum, this course is a series of six free classes that provides education, resources and fellowship to expectant mothers of northwest Kansas.
The six, 2-hour sessions will cover pregnancy health, labor and delivery, infant feeding, infant care and postpartum health. The program is designed for all families, whether it is your first or fourth baby.
During class, you'll be able to interact with other pregnant women and share your experiences and concerns. You'll also learn more about common pregnancy experiences, ways to calm and care for your baby, labor and delivery, how to successfully breastfeed, and much more!
